Board of Directors Meetings

All Board Meetings will have fifteen minutes set aside for a public forum.  During this time, any ASCA Member can address the Board.  The public forum will be near the start of the meeting, immediately following the Roll Call of Board Members and reading/approval of the minutes from the prior meeting.  The balance of the meeting will be reserved for the Board's previously issued Agenda.

Meetings will be held following the registered shoot.
