John Greenwell called the meeting to order at conclusion of shoot.

The minutes of previous meeting read and approved by board.

Craig: Information on Introduction to Sporting Clays event to be held at Ben Avery on Sept. 10.  Ronald McDonald House will be our charity for this event.  Sportsman's Warehouse has graciously donated 150 bags, coupons and offered to distribute flyers for this event.

Chip: How will we identify the volunteers who are helping with the shooters? Darrin Fields offered to get colored vests to be worn by each volunteer.

Dan: Financial report: At the present time we have a total balance of $166.00. Craig has been in contact with Ron VanSickle about getting money transferred from the previous board, they will do this as soon as possible.

Chip: Status of web sight: The first week it was up we had 90 hits,2nd week 129, 3rd 229,4th 195, and 5th 386. People have been giving very positive responses. Chris Sadler has been in touch with Cafe Press about supplying t-shirts, coffee cups, hats and such with our logo on them. There would be no out of pocket cost to us and would pay us royalties quarterly.
Friends of ASCA on the web sight: At the present time we should post for free the business cards and names of the people who are helping us at this time.
Instructor listings: Should we post names of instructors other than ones with NSCA certification? After general discussion, it was agreed that because of the NSCA/ASCA relationship, non-NSCA certified shotgun shooting instructors could be listed on the ASCA website as long as they are listed separately.

John: Mike Deeds has donated banners to us. Thank you letters have been sent to him and his supplier. 4x4 banners to be displayed at gun clubs and retail stores. 4x20 banners to be hung on shoot days at clubs.

John: New business: Is there something else we can do to get more shooters to come out? Suggest possibly to have more experienced shooters squad with new to help them get accustomed with how the process works.

Craig: E-mail addresses: We should use our web sight addresses for anything pertaining to the club.

Motion to adjourn made by Tim, seconded by Craig, motion carried.
