Meeting called to order by John after shoot.

November 19 minutes were read by Dan and approved by board.

Craig: John and Craig met with Terry Abbot who is the person in charge of the Rio Salado shooting facility on Tuesday the 29th. of Nov.  John and Craig shot the course and had an excellent time.  They have both automatic and manual machines on the sporting clays course at this time, but have received a grant to purchase six automatic machines.  The club is doing many improvements to the course, widening the path etc. Craig and John were both impressed with the beauty and varied terrain.  The club is planning on joining the NSCA after the first of the year.  They would like to throw 3 or 4 shoots next year. The board as a whole will help any way possible to make this happen.  Our ASCA banners have been hung at Rio Salado.

Dan:  Financial report:  At this time we have a balance of $489.00.  Our liability insurance has been paid and is in effect.

Chip:  Website:  The logo for the ASCA has been color and size corrected in order to make it easier to reproduce.  A motion to accept was made by Dan , seconded by David, motion carried.

John:  Introduction to Sporting Clays:  The program is progressing as we planned.  Norma has gotten volunteers to man the stations and help with registration.  150 bags with literature, coupons and magazines have been put together.  Score cards with a place for name, address and e-mail have been printed.  We are hoping for a good turn out.
