Location: Coyote Springs Sporting Clays at Tucson Trap & Skeet

John Greenwell called the meeting to order at conclusion of shoot.

The minutes of previous meeting read and approved by board.

John: The next board meeting will be held Jan. 7 after the shoot at Tucson.  The meeting listed as May 15 has been changed to May 13.

Craig: The meeting with Ron VanSickle, the secretary/treasurer of the previous board, went very well.  We received a check $1500.00 from him.  There are still outstanding checks from the state shoot that have not cleared so he retained $600.00 in their account until they do.  Ben Avery CTC has been sent a check for the cost of putting on the 2005 shoot.  Ron turned over paper work concerning our tax status.  No tax returns have been filed.  He also passed along a printer and miscellaneous prizes.

Craig:  The introduction to sporting clays shoot held at Ben Avery CTC was a huge success.  There were 98 new shooters at this event.  A check in the amount of $510.00 was presented to the Ronald McDonald House from the association and Ben Avery CTC.  Because of our good response we encourage Tim to have is own shoot with the complete help of the association.

Financial report:  None at this time

John:  Status of insurance:  At this time all papers have been filed, a check has been sent but we have not received our new policy yet.

John:  All of our shoot dates at this time are on Saturdays, some of our members have asked if we could move some to Sunday, as not to conflict with work.  This will be taken under advisement for a later date.

Motion to adjourn made by Tim, seconded by Craig, motion carried.
