Dan Twitchell called the meeting to order at conclusion of shoot.
Dan:
The minutes of previous meeting read and approved by board.
Dan: Financial report: At this time we have a balance of $ 4519.71.
State Shoot:
Dan: Tim Miles has presented a cost package for throwing our state shoot. Much discussion followed. A motion was made by David to accept the bid for throwing our shoot, second by Carl, motion carried.
Establishing prices to be charged and awards to be given: A lengthy discussion took place trying to come up with the best package for charges and awards. We decided to table our decision until a later date to give more time to investigate other states programs. Matter to be taken up at Tucson at next shoot.
Motion to adjourn David ,second Chris, motion carried.
