Craig called the meeting to order after the shoot.

Craig:  Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.

Craig:  Reviewed a request from a non-member club wishing to have the ASCA e-mail distribution list used to send league shooting information.  Discussion followed.  It was agreed upon by all that rather than “spam” our e-mail recipients, we would, in turn, be glad to post the information on our website.

Craig:  ShootersPagesTX (http://www.shooterspages.com/) is willing to provide links to our website and host shoot dates free of charge, however, Cindy will post direct links to our flyers or shoot programs for $12.50 per event.  Tim made a motion to release funds for all upcoming shoots that are 2-day or longer events.  Motion seconded by Carl.  Motion passed.

Chris Stadler:  Presented some summary materials regarding potential/additional utilization of member and non-member clubs, with some ideas for additional shoot formats.  Much discussion followed and it was recommended that we proceed with an attempt to bring additional clubs into the “Registered Shoot Circuit” by addressing the strengths and weaknesses of the clubs and providing some sample information to the clubs regarding the benefits and the associated costs.

Chris Stadler:  There is no news regarding the NWTF/Wheelin’ Sportsman fund raiser event.  It might be a possibility to hold these events in conjunction with “Intro Shoots.”  Chris will follow-up with Jim Warren this week.  Possibly hold one event at Coyote Springs, one at Ben Avery and one at another club.

Tim:  Shoot date modifications may be necessary for 2007.  Tim will re-work the current schedule for 2007 and get the updates to Craig this weekend.

Tim:  Discussed 2007 State Championship shoot format.  In an effort to get the information out as soon as possible, we will get working on the shoot format, pricing, flyers, entry forms, etc. following the next meeting of the board.

Motion to adjourn Chris Parsons, second Carl, motion carried.
