Craig called the meeting to order after the shoot.
Craig: Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.
Craig: BACTC advised no pullers will be available for the Bald Eagle Classic on February 18. The event will continue with the shooters pulling and scoring for their squads. Future shoots will have pullers provided by BACTC.
Craig: AZGFD has offered the ASCA a booth at the coming AZGFD Outdoor Expo. There may be a possibility of having an "intro-type" shooting event in conjunction with the booth. Motion to continue talks with the AZGDF regarding this event by Norma, second by Chris Stadler. Motion passed. Craig will continue to discuss with AZGFD personnel.
General discussion abut the 2007 State Championship followed:

Golf Carts rentals will be available. Deposits will be necessary.

Tim will have event pricing finalized by February 18 shoot at BACTC. This
will allow us to create a flyer and have it on the website with registration
and deposit information. General discussion was held regarding advertising
in Sporting Clays magazine with the general consensus being that we should
do some sort of advertising with the magazine. Motion by Chip to have two
1/2 page ads before the shoot, seconded by Craig. Motion passed. More
general discussion followed regarding dates for advertising, with the
following agreed upon:
Sporting Clays Magazine Advertising:
May Issue (End of March) - 1/2 Page Ad
August Issue (End of June) - 1/2 Page Ad
Chris Stadler will create some sample ads and work via e-mail with the board
to get the ads in the magazine by the required dates.
