Craig called the meeting to order after the shoot.
Craig: Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.
Craig: State Shoot: Sponsors for the shoot are not coming in as fast as last year, we need to step up our efforts to recruit more and new sponsors. We have a Remington shotgun coming to be given as a door prize along with other items. A motion was made to give each entrant a free ticket with each entry, extra tickets to be available for purchase for two for $5.00 or 5 for $10.00. Motion by Craig, second by Carl, motion carried.
Trophies for State Shoot: Small gauge, pump and side by side to
be given Hi-overall trophy, cash for other places. Main Event: Much discussion
was made about type and number of trophies . Carl will put together package on
price along with Chris Stadler.
Motion to adjourn by Craig, second by Dan, motion carried.
