Craig called the meeting to order after the shoot.

Craig:  Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.

Craig:  A suggestion about throwing a two day, three club shoot has been brought to our attention.  The clubs in New Mexico have this format and it seems to work very well.  After much discussion it was decided to put this off until next year so we can promote it better, and because our shoot dates are already set for this year.

Tim:  The question was brought up about adding some of our state generated money to out of state shooters purses at the state shoot.  Tim thought this may attract more shooters to come.  A discussion followed , but it was decided to put off making a decision until a later date.

Motion to adjourn Carl , second Craig, motion carried.
