Craig called the meeting to order after the shoot.
Craig: Minutes of last meeting were read and approved. Subject of this meeting to talk about our state shoot.
Craig: State shoot prizes: Carl has been checking into possible awards for upcoming shoot. Nothing set at this time. Everyone on board will try to find possible awards by next shoot and meeting at Coyote Springs, June 7.
All: General discussion regarding the state shoot format. It was agreed that the format for State Shoot will be the same as the Zone 7 Championship, except the 5-Stand Mai Event will be a 100-target event with 50 targets on Saturday and 50 targets on Sunday to determine 5-Stand State Champion. Thursday and Friday 5-Stand events will be 50-Target Preliminary Events.
Wade: Made a presentation to the board wanting to know if it was possible to run a classified section on our website. After much discussion a motion was made by Chris S. second by Carl to try this and see how it works out.
Motion to adjourn Dan , second Craig, motion carried.
