Craig: It has come to the attention of the board that conflicts are taking place among some members. The stated position of the ASCA is to improve and promote the shoots in Az. and not to have personal interests get in the way of this. If we can do a better job of this please help us any way possible. All clubs will be dealt with in a timely manner and with equal opportunity. No one better or worse than another.  All official Board of Director correspondence will be conducted via e-mail with the official e-mail address of each board member to be the "name@azsportingclays.com" address, as listed on the Board of Directors webpage.

All:  A discussion about compensating our web master took place among all present. He works very hard and gets little recognition or help by anyone. A motion was made by Craig, second by Dave to look into and arrive at a fair compensation.

Chris Parsons:  Presented the board with a plan to give everyone on the board a job to complete at the shoot next year. It seems everyone is willing to let a few do most of the work but that needs to change. All agreed that this is a good idea. This will be brought up at a later time and jobs determined.  Motion to adjourn Dave S., second Craig, motion carried.
