Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

Craig called the meeting to order after the shoot.

Craig:  Minutes of last meeting were read and approved. 

All: General discussion about this year's state shoot were held. The economy is cause for concern, so it was agreed that we will be providing fewer trophies, and attempting to provide more money back to the shooters. General follow-up will be performed via e-mail, and we will try to match last year's added money.

All: Discussions were held regarding some shooter concerns expressed to some of the board members regarding the self-scoring practices at our registered shoots.

Chris Stadler: Motion, to address the above concern by slightly increasing shoot costs to cover the cost of trappers/scorers, second Craig, motion carried.

Chris Parsons: Announced his intention of running for National Delegate.

Tim Miles: Announced that Gebben Miles will also run for National Delegate.

Chris Stadler: Announced his intention of running for ASCA President. Also mentioned that Buck Dendy had expressed interest in running for National Delegate.

Motion to adjourn by Norma, second Carl, motion carried.
