Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

Craig called the meeting to order after the shoot.

Craig:  Minutes of last meeting were read and approved. 

All:  General discussion about this year's state shoot were held.  Many aspects of the state championship have been being addressed via e-mail between board members.  A general summary is that this year shoot, will be very similar to last years shoot, inclusive of the event, number of targets, dinner, etc.  The economy is cause for concern, so we will be providing fewer trophies, and attempting to provide more money back to the shooters.  Additional responsibilities were assigned, with regards to trophy acquisition, ordering dinners, calculating payouts, etc.

Chris Stadler:  A page can be added to the website to solicit and accept self-nominations for the 2010-2011 Board of Directors positions.  Motion to add page, Craig Buchanan, second Dan, motion carried.
