All:  General discussions were held regarding the 2010 State Championship Saturday evening dinner.  Sally volunteered to run with this.  she supplied a couple of menus and options.  Although she was not present, she was messaged, and she will work to settle on a menu.  Per general agreement of those in attendance, we will over-order by approximately 20%.  Sally will get her selections to the board at her leisure.

Chris Stadler:  In the interest of making Sally's life easier, proposed we offer to buy her Quicken.  Motion to approve purchase by Dan, second Chris Parsons, motion passed.

Chris Stadler:  In the interest of making my life easier, proposed we add a "fax over e-mail" option to the GoDaddy services we have.  Motion to approve purchase by Chris Parsons, second Scott, motion passed.

All:  General discussions were held to address fund-raising assistance request from AZSSEF (Arizona Shooting Sports Education Foundation).  All were in agreement that we do not want to add an option to our registration forms, as that would entail running the funds through the shoot cashiers (clubs).  Chris Stadler will contact Russ and discuss further options, as I have recommended they check out www.kintera.com for raising funds to send the junior shooters to Colorado Springs Olympic training center.

Motion to adjourn Buck.  Second Hugo.  Motion carried.
