Chris Stadler called the meeting to order after the shoot.

Chris Stadler:  Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.

Chris Stadler:  Did a quick recap of the State Shoot to use for a template for the 2011 Zone 7 shoot.  Some items remain to be ironed out, but this was just to get us on track and thinking of possibilities for the Zone 7 shoot.

Sally:  Brief summary of finances.

Chris Stadler:  Outlined possibilities for getting ready for next year and providing some shoot promotions similar to last year, only on a larger scale, to include ammunition for give-away items, 2011 Zone 7 trophies, 2011 state Shoot trophies, Browning shotguns, etc.

Chris Stadler:  Motion to purchase trophies for 2011 Zone 7 Championship and 2011 Arizona State Championship before 2010 calendar year end.  Second Dan.  Motion carried.  Chris Stadler will contact Tilden Trophies to get this underway.

Chris Parsons:  Expressed concern about the way we used the ammo from lat year (periodic give-aways, "Getting Started" program and the Intro Shoot at the Outdoor Expo).  It was agreed that we will discuss the ammunition purchase and application at a later time.

Buck:  Felt the Browning shotguns were a good utilization for association's funds last year, and believes we should go the same route this year, due to the support we receive from Browning.

Dan:  Suggested we look into making a purchase from our long-time sponsor Iron City Polaris, for some type of promotion.

Scott:  Wants to find a means of thanking the shooters for their participation this year.  General discussions followed regarding an ASCA shoot promotion at the Ironman I or II, as that will be the final shoot of 2010.

Scott:  Motion that the ASCA would provide $25 back to shooters entering both Main Events.  Second Dan.  Motion carried.
Note:  It was later decided, for simplicity's sake, that shooters entering both Main Events would receive a complimentary Rio 50, courtesy of the ASCA.  This will make administration of the "give-back" far simpler from an accounting perspective.

General discussion followed about possible Browning, Polaris and ammunition purchases.

Chris Stadler:  Will reach out to Browning and Iron City Polaris to see how we can best proceed.

Motion to adjourn Chris Parsons.  Second Scott.  Motion carried.
