We need sponsors for the 2009 Arizona State Sporting Clays Championship
at Coyote Springs Sporting Clays on the grounds of Tucson Trap and Skeet Club
from October 1, through October 4, 2009.Event sponsorships range in cost from
$100 to $1,500 (or equivalent value in merchandise for door prizes).
The Basic Sponsorships costs $100 and features an 8.5" x 11" color laminated sign prominently displayed along the cart path for the duration of the shoot.

Sub-Ga./Pump/SxS Course Sponsorship for $500 includes 8.5" x 11" color
laminated station signs for the entire course for duration of event (Thursday & Friday).
5-Stand Prelim Course Sponsorship for $500 includes 8.5" x 11" color
laminated station signs for the entire
course for duration of event (Thursday & Friday).
5-Stand Main Course Sponsorship for $500 includes 8.5" x 11" color laminated
station signs for the entire
course for duration of event (Saturday & Sunday).
Preliminary Course Sponsorship for $500 includes 8.5" x 11" color laminated
station signs for the entire
course for duration of event (Friday Only).
FITASC Course Sponsorship for $500 includes 8.5" x 11" color laminated Parcour & Peg Signs for
the entire
course for duration of event (Thursday - Sunday).
Main Event Course Sponsorship for $1,500 includes 8.5" x 11" color laminated
station signs for the entire
course for duration of event (Saturday & Sunday).
Of course, every sponsorship will get your business card added of the
Friends of the ASCA page.
To purchase a sponsorship, you have the option of filling out an
Online Event Sponsorship Application
or you can print and fill out an
Event Sponsorship Application, in Adobe .pdf format and return
to the ASCA via US Mail with your payment.
Online Application Notes:
Upon receipt of a completed application, you will be contacted via e-mail or
phone to review the information and make arrangements to secure any additional
information or artwork.
No funds will be collected via the website.
The webmaster will make arrangements to provide a draft of the sign and collect
payment.
Final payment and artwork are due no later than Saturday, September 19, 2009.
Any logo artwork or business cards in electronic format can be sent to the
webmaster.
Arrangements can be made to scan logo artwork and/or business cards.
