The 2011 Arizona State Championship may just be the best AZ State Shoot yet. We've
managed to bring back the same things you loved about past shoots, have more
trophies, lots of added money and still keep the costs the same as 2008 (and
even lower on the sub-ga, pump & SxS events)! This year we have all the events you could want (850
total targets). We will have tons of trophies and oodles of added money. There will be a Saturday evening dinner, raffle and door prizes and
the fun you've come to expect from Coyote Springs Sporting Clays.

Event sponsorships range in cost from $100 to $1,500 (or equivalent value in
merchandise for door prizes).
The Basic Sponsorships costs $100 and features an 8.5" x 11" color laminated
sign prominently displayed along the cart path for the duration of the shoot.
Other levels of sponsorship available are the Course Level sponsorships,

As an added incentive, we've structured a free-entry program for various
levels of sponsorship. A sponsorship in the amount of $300 will receive a
complimentary entry into the Prelim (a $95 value). A $700 sponsorship will
receive a complimentary entry into the Main Even (a $195 value). A $1,000
sponsorship will receive a complimentary entry into both the Prelim and
Main Events (a $290 value).

This year we will have $20,000 added money, guaranteed - for resident and
non-resident.
We know how to reward our shooters, resident and non-resident, alike.
So we have decided to split the added money in a 60/40 ratio between residents
and non-residents. The Main Event has $8,250 in added money. The
Prelim has over $3,700. When was that last time you saw $3,625 in added
FITASC money? The 5-Stand events have over $3650 in added money. The
Sub-Ga, SxS and Pump events have a total of $750 in added cash!

Full hook-up RV spaces with water, sewer, and 50-amp electrical service are
available. If you need an electrical adaptor, they are available at the
club. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the RV park. Pricing details

Golf carts are available for rent. All golf carts available for rent
are 4-seat models. A 3-Day Golf Cart Rental, Friday through Sunday, will
cost $210.00.
While we know the costs seem high, please bear in mind that we have the
rental cost of the cart, delivery costs on a per-load basis (with fuel sur-charge),
as well as insurance costs. We are simply trying to break-even.
Liability concerns dictates that drivers must be at least 16 years of age and
have in their possession a valid driver’s license. In addition a parent must
accompany any driver under the age of 18. Failure to adhere to these rules will
result in the cart being parked for the remainder of the tournament. Any
reckless driving or entry into off limits areas will result in the same penalty.
Range staff and shoot management will have the sole discretion in this matter.
Carts may not carry more persons than they are designed to transport.
Golf cart rental reservations can be made via the event registration form or
via registration online at
www.winscoreonline.com. Golf cart rental requires pre-payment in full,
to be charged at the time of registration. Golf cart reservation deadline
is Monday, September 19, 2011, no refunds will be available after this date.
T-Shirts are available for advanced (pre-paid) purchase via the registration
form. They are available in 6 sizes (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL). Short sleeve
shirts are $18, and long sleeve shirts are $25. T-Shirts require advanced
purchase. Deadline for ordering shirts is Friday,
September 2, 2011.

Please contact Tim Miles to arrange the details for your specific needs.
Individuals or groups wishing to hold fundraising events such as raffles and
the like will be required to contact the
ASCA to arrange this before the event. Fundraising activities will not
be permitted without prior approval of the ASCA.
Reminder: 300 Minimum year-to-date targets required to compete in your class.
Per NSCA rule IV-B-3-e & f: If a shooter does not have a minimum of 300
(year-to-date) targets, he/she shall shoot every event at the shoot and win
prizes, monies and/or awards in a penalty class, one class above his/her current
class. Following the State Shoot all shooters who were placed in a penalty
class as a result of their failure to meet the 300 registered target
requirement, will return to their original class, with the following exceptions:
If the shooter earns a punch or punches in the penalty class they will remain in
that penalty class for the remainder of the shoot year.
HOA Ministries will hold a bible study session on Friday evening at 5:30 for
those wishing to attend.
Free Wi-Fi is available a the club and in the RV park.
Reminder: Only factory-loaded 1 oz. (max) ammo may be shot in any FITASC
event.
Limited golf cart rentals available. All carts are 4-person carts. Get them soon, before they are all
spoken for.

The ASCA Board of Directors consists of six elected
positions, (President, Vice-President, Secretary-Treasurer, and three
State-at-Large Directors), the current
Arizona NSCA delegates, and one
representative of each member club in good standing. Each of the six
elected positions has for a 2-year term. The current terms will expire on
December 31, 2011. Elections for the 2012/2013 ASCA Board of Directors
will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at the State Championship.
